"Pretty good fit, I think"
I ordered my baby’s usual size and it mostly fit how I expected. It did get just a little snug after washing, so I’m not totally sure I’d size the same next time, but it’s still really cute and comfy overall.

"Cute outfits but kinda pricey"
I got a couple outfits from Gigi and Max and they were really cute. They looked close to the photos and shipping was fine too nothing super fast but no issues.

For what they cost though I thought the fabric would feel a little nicer. They are not bad at all just maybe not the best value. I’d probably order again if they had a good sale.

"Soft and nice, honestly better than I expected"
I ordered from gigiandmax.com for the first time, and I was kind of confused at first because I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I ended up being really happy with it.

The fabric is super soft, like actually comfy soft, not that weird scratchy kind you sometimes get. It feels well made too, which surprised me a little because it didn’t look cheap at all when it arrived.

I already washed it once and it still feels nice, so I’m not really sure why I was worried. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Shipping was annoyingly better than I expected"
I ordered from Gigi and Max and, i was kind of expecting the usual waiting-around situation, but the shipping was actually fast. I got the tracking info soon after placing the order, and to their credit, it kept updating the whole way without any weird gaps.
The package showed up on the day it said it would, and the box was in good shape too. I’m taking off one star because the confirmation email could’ve had a bit more detail, but overall, I can’t really complain, it was reliable

"I had to wait way too long for..."
I had to wait way too long for customer service to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn’t really solve anything. It felt like they were just rushing through it and not paying much attention to the details. The whole thing came across careless, which made an already annoying situation even more frustrating

"Honestly surprised it held up after washing"
I was a little worried this would look nice at first and then fall apart or fade after a wash, but so far it still looks really good. I’ve washed it a few times and it hasn’t given me that ‘I got fooled’ feeling, which is a relief...

"Cute styles, easy to wear"
I really like the designs. They’re super cute and way easier to match than a lot of similar pieces I’ve tried. I can throw them on with different outfits without overthinking it
